Prospective NCA²PMT Member,

The purpose of NCA²PMT is to foster and encourage the association of Advanced Placement mathematics teachers by keeping them informed about advanced placement programs, teaching strategies, education directions, and other mathematical topics of general interest.

The membership/renewal form represents the information that we keep on file for each member of the North Carolina Association of Advanced Placement Mathematics Teachers. The form is provided in two formats: as a Portable Document Format (PDF) document, and as a Microsoft Word document in Rich Text Format (RTF). Select the appropriate link to retrieve the membership form. You can then print it, fill in the information, and return it by mail, or edit the RTF file and return the edited file as an email attachment.

The annual membership dues are listed on the form. You may join for multiple years (your membership expiration date will be listed on your newsletter mailing label). Send your payment by check payable to NCA²PMT.

You may also use this form to update any address, phone or area code changes. We would like complete home and school addresses, if appropriate.

Membership is not effective until your check has been received. Membership expires on March 1 of each year and members annually receive two newsletters, one in the summer after the AP Reading, and one in early spring.
